We are a core team of professionals capable of handling large-scale commissions by mobilizing a well-established, multidisciplinary and intergenerational network. We cover all phases of civil, structural and integrated design, site coordination and due diligence. To achieve this, we combine technical experience, decision-making ability and strong skills in mediating among the various parties involved in the construction process.

And never forgetting beauty: from individual structural solutions to interventions at urban and territorial scales, our aim is to create more liveable habitats that contribute to human and civil progress.

The Context

Our base is in Milan, a dynamic metropolis and European hub of innovation and finance, where ideas, capital, clients and world-class teams converge. In this scenario operate some of the best national and international talents in our sector. We have been deeply familiar with this context’s dynamics, developments and realizations for nearly a century. From here, we operate throughout Italy and across Europe, particularly in Ireland, where we are currently engaged in several collaborations with precast companies.

Professional Resources

Shaped by the work of four generations, Studio A. Ferraresi – AF Engineering is currently led by Eng. Andrea Ferraresi, an eclectic professional with decades of experience in integrated design, supported by a complete range of specialist resources. He is assisted in the firm management by his son, Alessandro Ferraresi, a structural engineer with a significant background in structural design and precast structures.

Alessandro Ferraresi represents the fourth generation, bringing the added value of a blend of international relationships, collaboration with leading academic institutions such as the Politecnico di Milano, knowledge of construction and experience with advanced reinforced concrete technologies. Alessandro’s presence strengthens the firm’s approach and values, generating new momentum for transformation, to successfully meet demanding contemporary challenges and enable the expansion of projects delivered at European level.
