Within the framework of integrated design, we also support our clients in obtaining all the planning permissions and authorisations required for new developments, refurbishments and construction activities of any kind.
We handle applications of all scales and levels of complexity, from standard procedures to the ones for special projects or large building complexes:
- Building permits, including development agreements
- Change of use applications
- Demolition and reconstruction projects
- Heritage authority procedures (dealing with Soprintendenza in Italy)
