Our long-standing practice in all the professional roles that drive the construction process, including construction supervision and management, allows us to move seamlessly from the overall project concept to its detailed development, while carefully verifying its time and cost sustainability. We coordinate specialists from every discipline in order to adopt the most effective solutions for the final outcome:

• Detailed design consists of the engineering of all construction works, with full specification of architectural, structural and building services details, together with their associated costs. In this field, we have a strong ability to anticipate and prevent critical issues, guiding the evolution of the developed design to ensure ease of construction and the highest possible level of economic sustainability, always in the client’s best interest.
• Construction and detailed design (constructability engineering) carried out on behalf of the construction firm or general contractor, involves the integrations required to implement the detailed design in accordance with best engineering practice and recognised standards. At this stage, which represents the link between the design process and hands-on site experience, we are able to intervene at every construction detail, proposing alternative solutions, optimisations and, where necessary, filling any design gaps, in order to satisfy both the architect’s vision and the contractor’s practical requirements.
• As part of our integrated design services, we also provide preliminary and developed architectural design, working both with in-house architects and through a strong network of external professionals specialising in all disciplines and building typologies.
